The current modules in RTS include the Business and Occupation Licenses, Municipal Licenses and City Service Fees. RTS can be easily expanded to also process Sanitation Boards, Dog Licenses or any other monthly, quarterly or annual fees and licenses. We also have the ability to provide lock-box (with images capture and retrieval) and on-line (internet) payment processing services. |

The system is completely browser based, so if the employee can access the Internet, they should have no problems learning this system. |

The system has a complete security and control module to provide control over which users can have access to the information in the system and control the functions those users may perform, such as inquire only or maintenance capability. Users must login to the system which identifies the user and their security/access level. Once one has entered a valid login and password, the menus and screens presented are controlled by this security/access level. |
